Marie Landsberger
Eddie Crespo
Eddie Crespo is an accomplished trainer and cycling instructor of over 25 years and certified by the National Academy for Sports Medicine. He is fluent in functional movement, TRX suspension training, pre/post-natal, and rehabilitative training. He has worked with everyone from elite athletes and octogenarians to special needs children. A successful competitor in the grueling Ironman Canada (2005), Eddie's clientele cite his warmth, energy, and expertise to both challenge and set them at ease. The California State Senate has honored Eddie's volunteering: coaching tennis at Burbank Center for special needs as well as leading obesity awareness campaigns for Los Angeles and Orange County Unified School Districts; and training children with cancer at Padres Contra El Cancer and working with HIV/AIDS-infected Hispanic women. “Toluca Lake Tennis & Fitness Club is a family in the truest form of the word. Amber Thompson
Amber Thompson became a member of the TLTFC when she moved to L.A. 17 years ago, but says, “I had never belonged to a gym before and didn’t know my way around a weight room. I felt intimidated and embarrassed, so I spent most of my time on the treadmill.” When she finally started taking classes from one of the club’s instructors, “my body changed and friends were asking me for fitness advice.” She was inspired to begin helping others and returned to the TLTFC 11 years ago as a trainer.
Erin Sanders
Hi there, I’m Erin. I’m a yoga teacher, writer, and actress. I’ve been practicing yoga my entire life and it’s an integral part of who I am. I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to share this practice with you. My yoga mat is where I come home to myself. Monica Percich
Monica is an enthusiastic and nurturing instructor who advocates for wellness within the community and taking healing into your own hands. Monica has been instructing yoga for nearly 7 years and is active as a performer and producer in the industry. Monica brings her midwestern charm and natural humor to all she does. In her classes you will find a healthy mix of strengthening, balance, alignment, deep breathing and relaxation.
Emma Scott
Emma Scott is a local of and currently resides in Los Angeles, California. Growing up, she was a dancer and loved to sing and perform. In college she began working as a personal trainer, which is where she fell in love with helping her clients transform their health and lives. She has been a practicing student of yoga for 15 years. In 2021 she answered the call to deepen her own practice and enroll in Teacher Training. Emma now holds her YTT 200 hour certification with Yoga Alliance, and Yin Certification. Emma is extremely passionate about yoga and the profound healing she has experienced through this practice. Her goal as a teacher is to help guide & support others through their own journeys. She believes that yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other somatic practices are powerful tools in deepening the connection of mind, body, and soul. Her passion for music is put into curated playlists designed to weave a deeper connection and inner awareness in each class.
Nikki Herrera
Nikki discovered yoga over a dozen years ago after being diagnosed with scoliosis—what felt like a mundane routine of stretches turned into something more. She wanted to share the benefits of mindfulness and movement with others and what it has done for her own health. Coming from a background in gymnastics, playing sports and living an active lifestyle from an early age, she has been guiding students to achieve awareness in their own bodies; while also cultivating an experience filled with moving with intention, a focus on alignment, and supported modified adjustments. Her focus is to be able to help her students incorporate breath work, and connect with both mind and body.
Vanessa Garcia
Vanessa G is a wellness & spiritual coach. She specializes in the healing arts and in the art of being. Native Angeleno born in East Los Angeles, she grew up as a track athlete and dancer. She received her BA in Performing Arts in dance and now a certified holistic practitioner and body-worker for chronic back pain and stress management specializing in MFR (myofascial release) and the nervous system. Vanessa is a certified Reiki Level 1 Practitioner & an IPATH (Integral Postural Alignment Technique) Master Teacher in Restore & Pilates, ERYT International Yoga, Meditation, and Breath Teacher, Certified Accessible Yoga Teacher, Certified Yin Yoga Meridian Health, Certified TRX Instructor. She also certifies other health care professionals in IPATH Restore Foundations, IPATH Mat Pilates, IPATH II (pre/postnatal, deeper pathologies, spinal lymphatic drainage). She is currently in the process of getting clinically certified in Aromatherapy (Level 1 & 2) with the New York Aromatherapy Institute & a Reiki Level 2 Certification with Kari Buzewski, RMT. She loves guiding others back to their true authentic selves through self care and self love.
Diana Dinets
Born into a Russian family of healers, Diana has always been fascinated by the puzzle that is the human body! A lover of movement, teaching, anatomy/ physiology, all wrapped together with a background in performance art, have led Diana to love working with performers, as well as those looking to improve their wellbeing for daily function. Her specializations include, but are not limited to: strength training, mobility work, pre/post partum, weight loss, muscle building, post-physical therapy injury recovery, and yoga. She treats fitness as a highly intuitive practice, encouraging people to look deeper within to reconnect with their physical body, while getting down into the details of each person's individual needs. She holds a NASM certification in personal training, a 200-hour YTT, and is also a pelvic floor health educator. When Diana isn't at the gym, she is practicing trapeze, rescuing cats, or attending concerts for her music blog!
Micah Leonard
Micah is a dancer and actor raised in San Diego, California. Before joining the TLTFC team, she hosted her own wellness classes called "Shine Sessions". These were composed of fitness and mental health exercises to help others shine their brightest on the inside as well as the outside. She strives to spread light and love every day. On her free time, she enjoys lounging in the sun, a nice glass of red wine, a good book, and a dramatic movie.
Sophia Hall
Sophia Hall (she/her) is a Kansas City raised dancer and fitness instructor in Los Angeles, CA. She earned her BFA in commercial dance at Pace University in New York City. Sophia was just seen in Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo’s new musical “Invincible” as ensemble and dance captain. She is also dancer for pop star, Jojo Siwa. She can be seen in her music videos and her most recent tour, D.R.E.A.M The Tour. Other credits include Dance Lab NY with Karla Garcia, music videos with Fat Joe, Samantha J, Hilary Roberts, and others. On top of dancing, Sophia is certified in group fitness: specifically dance cardio and HIIT classes. She loves to bring the party into every class she teaches!
Mia Valentina
Born and raised in Oslo, Norway, Mia Valentina began pursuing her career in dance at the age of 16. By the time she was 25 she had already danced and choreographed for Norway´s biggest pop stars and TV networks, and traveled across the world working with different artists. A Los Angeles resident since 2017, Mia has gone on to work with stars like Cardi B, Jason Derulo, J Balvin, Bad Bunny and more. Aside from Mia’s love for the arts, she is an athlete first and fitness is a crucial part of her lifestyle. She is a NASM certified fitness professional who pushes her clients beyond their perceived limits to reach their fitness goals. By customizing her clients’ work out plans, which focus on injury prevention and correct form, Valentina’s mission is to hold them accountable while having fun. Ariel Davis
Ariel Davis is a certified vegan health coach with certifications in BoxNBurn Level 1/2, Mayweather Boxing Fitness, and USA Boxing. He started boxing at age 10 and competed with his high school boxing team in Chicago on 7 amateur fights. He is trained by Mcgary Irish boxing club in Chicago and has studied with Stan Ward, John Pullman, Buddy Mcgirt, and Steve Harb. Ariel has 5 years of 1-on-1 boxing and personal training work, and 2 years of group fitness/boxing professional experience. www.ArielRomeoDavis.net
Delaney Hogan
Delaney Hogan is a fitness instructor and professional dancer from Charleston, South Carolina. Since landing in LA after college, she has danced for top music artists, major brands, and has had many opportunities to travel and perform across the US. Delaney is barre certified, TRX certified, and has been teaching full body sculpt and cardio dance for 5 years now. She loves to add lots of variety into her classes so the workout is always new and fun!
Bree De Lash
Originally from New York City, Bree is a professional dancer and choreographer who found her love for movement after obtaining her Associate of Arts Degree from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Her goal is to help clients find longevity through her upbeat and effective classes.
Tawny Andersson
Tawny Andersson is a professional dancer, fitness and Pilates instructor looking to inspire and motivate individuals through performance and fitness. She is certified in classical and contemporary Pilates Mat under Balanced Body and Synergetic Pilates. With 10 years of instructing, she currently works with clients on a one-to-one basis and in a group class setting both in person and virtually. Tawny currently lives in LA with her husband continuing to teach and train in all styles and explore more of what the wild entertainment industry has to offer.
Michelle Mirkovich
Michelle first found yoga 25 years ago when she was recovering from a dance injury. Her background as a professional dancer combined with her passion for all things yoga, led her to Bali where she received her teacher training certification and where she discovered the manifestation of meditation through movement. Her teaching is focused on correct alignment and linking the breath to the movement. Her goal is to help others use their breath, body and consciousness to obtain a deeper more meaningful connection with themselves.
Christina Quarternik
Christina Quarternik is a Los Angeles based trainer originally from St. Louis, MO. Movement has always been an essential part of Christina’s life since a young age. From beginning in dance classes at just 3 years old to playing sports growing up - Christina enjoyed a very active upbringing. Shortly after moving to LA in 2014 to pursue a professional dance career, she found her passion for health and wellness progressively growing. What first began as teaching cardio dance classes at the club has continued to grow overtime, and lead to a desire to expand her education in the fitness industry. Christina now holds certifications from the National College of Exercise Professionals and the American Council on Exercise. She has 6+ years of experience coaching both group fitness classes as well as personal training clients ranging from programming styles of strength, cardio, bootcamp, dance, HIIT, and more. Her focus is to help her clients get stronger, move better, and feel more confident inside and outside the gym. Christina absolutely loves getting to see her clients progress and looks forward to every opportunity to do so. Does Christina feel a bit strange talking about herself in the 3rd person? Yes, but she promises she’s better in real life.
Selin Spühler
Born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland, Selin discovered her love for dance at nine years old, starting with classical ballet and expanding to jazz, modern, contemporary, and flamenco. During her teenage years, she embraced hip-hop, which became her profession. By the age of 19 she had already gotten certified as a Ballet teacher in Russian Ballet and has danced and choreographed for major European artists. At twenty, she moved to London, performing on The Brit Awards, The Voice, and the MTV Music Awards, and collaborating with artists such as Camila Cabello and Robbie Williams. Since 2019, she has lived in Los Angeles, working with stars like Coldplay, Nicki Minaj, Tyga, Rosalia, Ricky Martin, Sabrina Carpenter and Katy Perry, and appearing at events such as the Grammy Awards, the Latin Grammy's and Coachella. Beyond her stage and screen accomplishments, she is dedicated to sharing her love for dance, movement, and music with people around the world. Through workshops and mentorship programs, she inspires the next generation of dancers to chase their dreams. Guided by a deep sense of humanity and a balanced outlook on life, her journey shows the transformative power of dance and the endless possibilities for those who dare to dream.
